By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

There are no specific age requirements for using the App.
3. App Description
The App generates questions based on publicly available electrician reference materials to quiz and prepare electricians for the journeyman electrician test. Subscription services and paid features will be available soon.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Subscription Services
Some features of the App may require a subscription. Subscription fees and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
5.1 Subscription and Payment Terms
By subscribing to our premium features, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will notify you in advance of any fee changes, giving you the option to cancel before the changes take effect.

You may have the ability to upload content to the App. Any content you upload will be kept private and will not be sold to third-party companies. You can request permanent deletion of your data when deactivating your account.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload harmful or malicious content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
